DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION
Individuals that successfully pre-register their interest for the Alberta Bally Bet Casino & Sportsbook offering pre-launch and sign up for an Alberta Bally Bet account post-launch (“Members”) will, after making required Qualifying Wagers:
Receive $50 in Bonuses ($25 in Bonus Money to be used on Bally Bet Casino and $25 in Bonus Bet Tokens to be used on Bally Bet Sportsbook) (the “Bonus Offer”).
Be entered into weekly drawings to win $100 in Bonuses during the first ten weeks post-launch ($50 in Bonus Money and $50 in Bonus Bet Tokens each week) (the “Weekly Drawing”).
Additional terms and conditions apply to eligibility for the Bonus Offer and Weekly Drawing and are described in more detail below:
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
General. This Pre-registration Welcome Offer (the “Promotion”) will run from Monday, July 13, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EST to Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Promotional Period”).
Weekly Drawing Periods:
Week 1: Monday, July 13, 2026 at 12:00am ET through Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
Week 2: Monday, July 20, 2026 at 12:00am ET through Sunday, July 26, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
Week 3: Monday, July 27, 2026 at 12:00am ET through Sunday, August 2, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
Week 4: Monday, August 3, 2026 at 12:00am ET through Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET.
Week 5: Monday, August 10, 2026 at 12:00am ET through Sunday, August 16, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
Week 6: Monday, August 17, 2026 at 12:00am ET through Sunday, August 23, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
Week 7: Monday, August 24, 2026 at 12:00am ET through Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
Week 8: Monday, August 31, 2026 at 12:00am ET through Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
Week 9: Monday, September 7, 2026 at 12:00am ET through Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
Week 10: Monday, September 14, 2026 at 12:00am ET through Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
DEFINITIONS
As used in these Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions (“Welcome Offer Terms”), the following terms have the following meanings:
“Bonus” means a reward granted to a qualifying Member, including Bonus Money and Bonus Bet Tokens.
“Bonus Money” means currency in a Bally Bet account that is available for wager but cannot be withdrawn until Playthrough Wagering Requirements are met, at which time the currency is available as withdrawable cash. Bonus Money is provided as a reward for taking a specified action, such as making a deposit or playing an iCasino game.”
“Bonus Bet Token” means a non-withdrawable token that may be used to place a wager without prior deduction of the stake from your Account balance.
“Platform” means the Alberta-related Bally Bet services and website, and any mobile or device specific version and any related applications of that website.
“Qualifying Wager” means a cash wager.
“Session” means each time an individual logs into their Account and places at least one (1) Qualifying Wager.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for this promotion:
The Member must have successfully pre-registered their interest before launch;
The Member must successfully register for an Alberta Bally Bet account (“Account”) within seven (7) days of launch. Registration for an Account will be governed by terms and conditions provided at the time of registration; and
The information provided at the time of pre-registration must match the information provided at the time of registering for an Account.
Any Member whose Account has been suspended, is self-excluded, has requested a cooling-off period, or is included on any responsible gaming restricted list will not be permitted to participate in this Promotion.
Employees of Bally’s Corporation and group companies, and their immediate family members, their affiliates, and subsidiaries are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.
ACTION REQUIRED
BONUS OFFER
To receive the Bonus Offer, an individual must:
Meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3; and
Make a Qualifying Wager of at least $20 on their Account within seven (7) days of successfully registering the Account (the “Playthrough Wagering Requirement”).The wager must settle within the seven (7) days after registration to qualify for the Bonus Offer.
Members may only receive the Bonus Offer one time (i.e., making multiple Qualifying Wagers of $20 will not result in additional Bonuses).
WEEKLY DRAWING
Members may be entered into one or more of ten (10) drawings as part of the Weekly Drawing. To be eligible for a Weekly Drawing, a Member must:
Meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3; and
Play at least two (2) separate Sessions within the Weekly Drawing Period on the Platform; and
Make Qualifying Wagers of at least $5 during each Session. The wager must settle within the Weekly Drawing Period to be eligible.
There will be one (1) winner selected per Weekly Drawing Period. Previous winners are eligible for entry into following Weekly Drawing Periods.
CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL OFFER
BONUSES
Bonus Offer rewards will be credited to Members’ Accounts within seventy-two (72) hours of completion of the Playthrough Wagering Requirement. Bonus Offer rewards include $25 in Bonus Money and $25 in Bonus Bet Tokens (for a total of $50 in Bonuses).
Bonus Money and Bonus Bet Token(s) will expire seven (7) days from the date they are issued to the Member's Account.
WEEKLY DRAWING
During each Weekly Drawing Period, Bally’s will randomly select one (1) eligible Member to win $100 in Bonuses—$50 in Bonus Money and $50 in Bonus Bet Tokens. Bally’s will select a winner for each Weekly Drawing Period on the Monday following that period. If no Members are eligible to win the Weekly Drawing in any week, that week’s prize amount will be forfeit.
Bally’s will notify the winner of each Weekly Drawing by sending an email to the email address used to register the Account within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Bally’s will deposit into the winning Member’s account all Bonuses won for the Weekly Drawing within seventy-two (72) hours of drawing.
Bonus Money and Bonus Bet Token(s) will expire seven (7) days from the date they are issued to the Member's Account.
RESPONSIBLE GAMING

OTHER
The Promotion is limited to one Promotion per person, per device.
Wagers that have been voided will not be counted as entries for the Promotion.
An Account must be active in order to receive the reward. Closure of your Account during the Promotional Period or before any Bonuses are credited to your Account will disqualify you from the Promotion and you will not be eligible to receive a prize.
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash. Wagers placed with Bonus Money and/or Bonus Bet Token(s) cannot be cancelled or cashed out. A Member may withdraw as cash or wager any winnings which relate to used Bonus Money or a Bonus Bet Token(s) after the wager has settled.
Once used, the Bonuses will not be reimbursed or substituted. A voided or cancelled wager that utilizes Bonus Money or a Bonus Bet Token will void the Bonus Money or Bonus Bet Token. The Bonuses will not be replaced, and the Member will not receive any replacement funds or additional Bonuses.
Bonus Bet Token(s) can only be used once and in full in a single sports wager, which is limited to straight/single sports wagers and parlays, including same game parlays in the Bally Bet Sportsbook where available.
All funding transactions are subject to the responsible gambling limits set on an Account, including limits related to account balance and deposit limits.
Bally’s is not liable for any imposed sports wagering limits that prevent a Member from participating in this promotion.
This promotion is subject to applicable laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable laws.
If Bally’s detects that any Member has created more than one account (including in order to take part in this promotion multiple times), or is taking part in this promotion for the benefit of a group of people, Bally’s may close any such accounts (and void any Bonus Bet Tokens, Bonus Bet Money, or related winnings).
Bally’s may, at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion, and without prior notification, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion for all Members or a selected group of Members, and/or cease to offer this promotion to any specific Member or amend the terms and conditions applicable to this promotion with respect to any specific Member.
Bally’s reserves the right to correct any errors, including, but not limited to, typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors, including, without limitation, computer errors that erroneously award prizes.
If a Member participates in this promotion, the Member agrees to comply with these Welcome Offer Terms s. When registering for an Account, the Member must accept all terms and conditions appearing on the Platform. All such terms, including any Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, Sports House Rules, and General Terms and Conditions will form an integral part of these Welcome Terms when so accepted by Member.
Winners agree to our use of their name, address, likeness and/or Bonus information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
Bally’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award a Member an additional promotional opportunity. If Bally’s awards a Member an additional promotional opportunity, it is not obligated to offer the same or additional promotional opportunities to any other Member.
All taxes and fees payable on any Bonus Money and/or Bonus Bet Tokens awarded under these Welcome Offer Terms, and all associated tax filings are the Member’s sole responsibility.
Entries and Bonuses are subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
