1. DATE, TIME AND PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2. PARTICIPANTS/ELIGIBILITY

3. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

3.1. This Promotion is available to new Members who register for a Member account on the Platform who have yet to complete both their First Deposit, as defined in Section 3.2 below, and their First Casino Wager, as defined in Section 3.2 below.

3.2. During the Promotional Period, new Members must place a first deposit of not less than $10 in cash into their Member account ("First Deposit") and place a first wager on any casino game(s) on the Platform, either in the form of Bonus Money or cash (the "First Casino Wager").

3.3. At the time and date you have completed both the First Deposit and the First Casino Wager (the "Casino P2P Date”), a seven (7) calendar day period will commence (“7 Day Period”). The 7 Day Period is calculated as the Casino P2P Date plus six (6) calendar days and will end at 11:59pm (ET) on the seventh (7th) calendar day following the Casino P2P Date.

3.4. A withdrawal of any kind from your Member account at any time prior to or during the 7 Day Period will automatically disqualify you from the Promotion.

4. CALCULATION OF NET CASINO LOSS AND CASH REWARDS

4.1. “Net Casino Loss” will be calculated according to the following formula: from the date of a Member’s registration, up to and including any time during the 7 Day Period, a Member’s Net Casino Loss is equal to the Member’s total wager on any casino game(s) (“Total Casino Wager”) minus the Member’s total winnings on any casino game(s) (“Total Casino Winnings”) on the Platform. A Net Casino Loss must be greater than $0. “Total Casino Wager” is defined to include wagering of both cash and Bonus Money on any casino game(s) on the Platform. “Total Casino Winnings” is defined to include all cash won by a Member from their wagering activity of cash and/or Bonus Money on any casino game(s) prior to and during the 7 Day Period as well as any cash and/or Bonus Money credited to the Member’s account from any promotion or activity whatsoever prior to and during the 7 Day Period. The following are examples of calculating Net Casino Loss, Total Casino Winnings, and Total Casino Wager:

(a) If a Member places a $10 First Deposit and receives $5 in Bonus Money, wagers a total amount of $14.00 on any casino game(s) which includes $9 of the First Deposit in cash and the $5 in Bonus Money, and such wagers do not receive any winnings prior to or during the 7 Day Period, a Member’s Total Casino Wager, Total Casino Winnings, and Net Casino Loss would be calculated as follows: Total Casino Wager = $14 ($9 of the First Deposit plus the $5 wagered in Bonus Money). Total Casino Winnings = $5 (the Member did not have any winnings derived from their casino wagering activity; however, they received $5 in Bonus Money). Net Casino Loss = $9.00 (Total Casino Wager ($14) minus Total Casino Winnings ($5), which is greater than $0 so the Member has a Net Casino Loss).

(b) If a Member places a $10 First Deposit and receives $5 in Bonus Money, wagers a total amount of $14.00 on any casino game(s), which includes $9 of the First Deposit in cash and the $5 in Bonus Money, and the Member wins $20 in cash prior to or during the 7 Day Period, a Member’s Total Casino Wager, Total Casino Winnings, and Net Casino Loss would be calculated as follows: Total Casino Wager = $14 ($9 of the First Deposit wagered in Cash and the $5 wagered in Bonus Money). Total Casino Winnings = $25 ($20 in cash from their casino wagering activity plus $5 in Bonus Money received). Net Casino Loss = $0 (Total Casino Wager ($14) minus Total Casino Winnings ($25), which is less than $0, so the Member has not had a Net Casino Loss).

(c) If a Member places a $10 First Deposit and receives $5 in Bonus Money, wagers a total amount of $14.00 on any casino game(s), which includes $9 of the First Deposit in cash and the $5 in Bonus Money, wins $3 prior to or during the 7 Day Period, and receives $10 in Bonus Money from another promotion, a Member's Total Casino Wager, Total Casino Winnings, and Net Casino Loss would be calculated as follows: Total Casino Wager = $14.00 ($9 of the First Deposit wagered in cash and the $5 wagered in Bonus Money). Total Casino Winnings = $18 ($3 in cash derived from their casino wagering activity plus $15 in Bonus Money received). Net Casino Loss = $0 (Total Casino Wager ($14) minus Total Casino Winnings ($18), which is less than $0, so the Member has not had a Net Casino Loss).

4.2. Cash Rewards are calculated as follows:

4.2.1. Members who place the First Deposit of not less than $10 and place a First Casino Wager on any casino game(s) on the Platform are eligible to receive either one of the following cash rewards (“Cash Rewards”):

4.2.1.1. If a Member’s Net Casino Loss, at any time within the 7 Day Period, exceeds 90% of the value of their First Deposit, not any subsequent deposits used to place First Casino Wager, the Member will receive a cash reward equal to the value of their First Deposit in cash, up to a maximum of $100 in cash (“First Deposit Cash Reward”). For example, and continuing the above example (a), 90% of the Member’s First Deposit equals $9 and, if on day 3, the Member’s Net Casino Loss exceeded $9.00, the Member will receive a First Deposit Cash Reward in the amount of $10 (the value of their First Deposit) in cash credited to their Member account.

4.2.1.2. If the 7 Day Period ends and the Member's Net Casino Loss does not exceed 90% of the value of their First Deposit, not any subsequent deposits used to place First Casino Wager, the Member will receive a cash reward equal to the value of their Net Casino Loss at the end of the 7 Day Period in cash, up to a maximum value of $100 in cash ("Total Casino Wager Cash Reward"). For example, if the Net Casino Loss for the Member was $1 at the conclusion of the 7 Day Period, which does not exceed 90% of their First Deposit, the Member will receive a Total Casino Wager Cash Reward in the amount of $1 (the value of their Net Casino Loss) in cash credited to their Member account.

4.3. Members are only eligible to receive either the First Deposit Cash Reward or the Total Casino Wager Cash Reward, whichever occurs first. They cannot receive both the First Deposit Cash Reward and the Total Casino Wager Cash Reward.

5. PAYOUT PROCEDURE AND PRIZE REDEMPTION

5.1. The total amount of the First Deposit Cash Reward or the Total Casino Wager Cash Reward, as applicable, will be communicated to qualifying Members the day after they qualified for the reward. The First Deposit Cash Reward or the Total Casino Wager Cash Reward, as applicable, earned will be credited to Members' online accounts within three (3) business days. In case of technical issues, the cash will be credited within five (5) business days.

5.2. Any cash received as part of this Promotion is withdrawable, subject to a minimum withdrawal of $10.

6. ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
